We have recently joined several new clients in developing their approved new build projects. With three, three bedroom properties handover to clients in 2018 all built both on time and within budget.
Current projects include: one two bedroom and one three bedroom properties situated within London, Custom House, E16 area.
We work closely with a number of developers assisting them throughout the process of building new properties and are happy to work on all size projects be they large or small and are happy to give advice on any projects that are still going through the design stage.
Once any necessary planning approvals have been granted, we can provide a free budget estimate to give an initial idea of the costs involved. When the structural drawings are available, we will liaise with you, and prepare a detailed specification from which a comprehensive estimate and work schedule can be compiled.
Once figures are finalised and specification agreed, we can project manage the entire process, from the demolition or excavation and construction stages, through to the interior design and completion of the finishing touches.
All estimates are free, and project management is included within the contract sum.
